“Through a challenging course load and meaningful leadership roles at Cherokee, I have learned how to manage my time, work hard, and grow into someone who leads with integrity. Over the years, my leadership positions have helped me find confidence in my voice. I have learned to speak and present clearly, make thoughtful decisions under pressure, and manage stress in demanding situations. I am excited and eager to take the leadership, academic, and personal skills that I have built and apply them in the real world as I continue working toward my goals.”

Activities: Peer Leaders, Future Business Leaders of America President, 2026 Advisory Board Vice-President, Renaissance Advisory Board, No Place for Hate, DECA, Act of Kindness Club, Senior Leadership Committee, Soccer Team, Track and Field Team

Honors/Awards: National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Business and Technology Honor Society, AP Scholar, Presidential Academic Excellence Award, Widener University High School Leadership Award, College Board AP Scholar Award, October 2023 Student of the Month, FBLA State Qualifier, Honor Roll

Community Service: I am involved in the Library of Congress's Veterans History Project through the Camden County Veterans Affairs Office, where I edit and prepare the oral histories of veterans' stories. I also spend my time being a friend to the special needs community in and out of school. Through Peer Leaders, I have participated in Chief Connections, where I spend time dancing and playing games with these students. Outside of school, I dedicate time to doing Sports Unity where I play soccer with children who cannot play on the recreational teams. I have done numerous trash clean-ups through FBLA as well. Over the past four years, I have spent many hours at Cherokee events helping with the concessions stands at football games, at the elementary schools for book fairs and color runs, and at Camden County College helping set up art and e-sports events. In addition, I take time in the spring to present to the Evesham 8th graders on how to enter Cherokee with healthy habits and anti-bullying information. 

Post-Secondary Education: The Pennsylvania State University

Major: Business/Marketing

Career Aspirations: I aspire to work in New York City in business marketing and management, and I dream of becoming a CEO of a large corporation one day. I am eager to make a real-world impact through my leadership, confidence, and voice.
